If I am a potential customer, I would expect nothing less to come out of the vendor’s mouth on their product and user friendliness. Some vendors who have failed to deliver, in my opinion, a user friendly system, due to front end or back end (admin side), or sometimes both. Totara LMS. A few vendors (and not just on the above list), customize so much, that you really have no idea on what the system originally looked like. The same with smaller size vendors.

Especially on the vendor side, whereas pricing for systems, dropped in cost.
