    Very interesting post, Larry. Thanks for the ‘Influence’ link.

    Many folks in social media put the tools decision way too early in their thought process, when it really should be one of the last decisions after items like objectives, processes and metrics. (I have a post in the works covering this very subject.) We often measure what we can measure rather than what we should measure as a colleague reminded me earlier today.
