I’m trying to translate text and followed the workflow for exporting the Project Captions. After translating a few pieces (just to ensure it works) and trying to Import the file, I get a message stating that “0 items have been imported.” The word doc is accepted, but Captivate acts as though there are no changes within the doc.
What am I doing wrong?

That workflow always has been tricky. Never rename the Captivate nor the Word file in between export and import. Try to insist, once with Word closed or opened. There may be an incompatibility between the Word and the Captivate versions as well.
