Can’t view html5 files from web server

I’ve uploaded 3 html5 modules created in Captivate and upgraded to Captivate 2019 to our web server in preparation for internal review.  My creative director used the path to provide a link to reviewers, as he generally does with other projects, but the URL created from the path doesn’t work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks much in advance!

Thanks much for your responses. The webserver supports JSON and JS files.

We were able to successfully upload the files onto the server and can open the file directly from the server. However when we use the path as a url for reviewers to see the file, it doesn’t work and the file does not display on the web brower url link.

Any browser?  Can you post an example of the URL? I always use this approach, can you watch this:

If you use the second version of CP2017 or CP2019, know that AutoPlay is disabled.

Is your webservers supporting JSON mime type?

Would need more information about how exactly the URL doesn’t work.  Is it a 404?  A blank white page?  Fails in all browsers?
