If you’re like most organizations (89%), your training offerings include some form of Instructor-Led Training (ILT). That’s according to the most recent ATD State of the Industry Report, sponsored by AllenComm, which showed that the second most used training offering (86%) was in the form of Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) – which makes use of digital resources to allow for hybrid and remote learning, while maintaining the engagement-enhancing benefits of having a person guide your learners.

The same report shows that L&D teams and organizations are looking for ways to increase efficiency and make best strategic use of budgets. It follows, then, that many organizations could make use of strategies to make training more effective. One way to do that is by converting some of your ILT training to vILT to standardize and streamline your content library, develop resources that can be used before and after training sessions, and deliver training for remote and hybrid learning.

To help, the expert, award-winning learning design team at AllenComm is sharing strategies. We’ve put together a Framework for Evaluation & Action handout, showing the different levels of investment based on requirements for time and budget. Use this resource to get ideas, add to your own process, and identify missing opportunities for future initiatives.

This handout was provided during a webinar the AllenComm team presented. If you’re interested, you can watch the webinar on-demand here and download the handout in PDF format to share with your internal L&D team, and leadership.

Of course, if you would like to talk through any of the above information, or get expert-level support in the form of staff or managed services, please don’t hesitate to contact us to learn more.
