Hi All,
I’m creating a course with a video using a multi-slide option and divided the video up into 5 slides. I want the scorm to bookmark when the user exit the course and resume on the last slide they were on. However, when the user resume the video always starts on the first slide. I’m using Captivate 2017 now and it’s not working how it did on captivate 9. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi Tom,
Can you please launch Captivate 2017 and go to Help menu -> About Adobe Captivate and confirm the point version? If it is 10.0.0.192, then please update your Captivate 2017 to 10.0.1.285 using help menu-> Updates because I have tested the same workflow (that you have described) at my end with Captivate 10.0.1.285 and uploaded the course to SCorm Cloud and everything worked fine.
Also, let me know which LMS you are using? Can you try to upload and view the course on Scorm Cloud platform(https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/user/Home) and see how it goes ?
