2004 3rd edition? Because if you are using a content authoring tool that is SCORM 2004, then you must find a system that is at least 2004. What about PENS or some other compliance standard? Unless you must have PENS or one of the other compliance standards, it is not needed. By job role? Why is it Important?

Administrator can put learners into various groups based on department, region, job role. SCORM/AICC/PENS/IMS. Those that don’t are due to: Your tool works only with SCORM 2004 3rd edition, and your LMS only accepts AICC. Self – registration. Curriculum management. Assessment/survey. Facility management.
