My "storyboard" is just the words and the descriptions of the graphics. No assessments or formal testing. Relentless schedule.

Would it help your productivity if, instead of them creating PowerPoint or Word documents that you copy/paste into Captivate, you could create templates for them that they could easily build into? Much of the work I have done over the years has required me to copy text and images from a storyboard document or a folder into the lesson file.
