19 Zenler Studio - I liked this product last year (2012) and I still find it quite favorable. Easy to use interface and supports SCORM and AICC. #18 AICC, SCORM and PENS support. FT- Another product I liked in 2012 and still like in 2013. Supports AICC and SCORM. 1st vendor IMO to truly have HTML5 output.
