19 Zenler Studio - I liked this product last year (2012) and I still find it quite favorable. FT- Another product I liked in 2012 and still like in 2013. Next up, Lectora! It features templates, supports SCORM and supports English, French and Arabic. Added bonus – supports Mac OS too, and has an app in the Mac store.

Despite the overwhelmingly number of vendors who have a “desktop only&# solution, based on what I am seeing- a result of new feature sets – this will change. Most people assume that Articulate, Lectora and Captivate are the best tools out there, that is no longer the case. Enough said. Bottom Line.
