Prodigy (the first portal, pre-CompuServe and AOL -for home use), modem was 4800 bytes. I used it in 1999, to teach a 100% online journalism course in the University of Nebraska system. Everyone I knew, followed the ADDIE approach. It’s called online learning for a reason, because it is via the internet – online.
