ELEARNING DEVELOPMENT: The Levels of eLearning

Level 1 eLearning could include voiceover audio, a quiz, and be enabled for tracking via SCORM and/or AICC LMSs. While tools such as Storyline and Captivate cannot easily create the virtual worlds as I've described them here, they could be used to create complex games, etc. These could be videos or PowerPoint presentations.

And, because there are no reporting features or provisions for SCORM or AICC, you cannot effectively integrate PowerPoint presentations with Learning Management Systems.  Does the voiceover audio you added to your PowerPoint slides still work when the slides are imported into your eLearning tool? How about the hyperlinks?
