Those that enter this space will truly be cutting edge and thus adoption will be slow. Assessment/Survey tool – I’m starting to see this as a feature (not required mind you). no SCORM, AICC or PENS – however, I am now seeing a few vendors offer PENS (created by AICC back in 2005, but slowly gaining traction).
