Netscape showed up, and dominated the market. Blackboard. Other fun tidbits AICC was the leader here, then came SCORM. There were LMS vendors certified by AICC, but the majority were not, and yes, some said they were, then you go to the AICC web site and see that they are not. Who led the market? Sure folks.

However, I would be concerned if I was a starter LMS vendor because Moodle is going to cause you grief in the bottom of the market. Note: this represents a lot of the market whether they admit it or not. As these systems catch up, this will make the market really hard for Saba and SumTotal. Plateau Systems, LTD 22 6.24
