What about AICC? Unless you purchased a tool that is only AICC compliant, which in that case, time to ditch it and get another one. If you purchased an AICC only, then you have to find a system that is AICC compliant. It can be SCORM too, but the AICC is the key. . Is it your own system or a partner such as WebEx?

Custom domains – rather than have yourcompany.vendorname.com, some systems are now offering custom domains so that your learners see whatever name you create.com and remove the vendor name. SCORM/AICC/PENS/IMS. Ad-hoc reporting – i.e. you create your own custom reports. Want a native app? Facility management.
