I should note that Saba is another HCM possible player, and that the majority of their customers also buy two modules (learning and performance). Plus why are you AICC course standard? SCORM yes – AICC? Oracle Taleo. If you are an Oracle customer, you can interface or API with many LMS vendors in the market.
