The learners will get access to webinars, recorded webinars, videos, and other online content that they will author separately. They are early stage, so low-cost would be good. And it would be nice if it was a Rapid LMS.

Built in authoring tool – very very common. I should note that you cannot use any 3rd party vendor authoring tool to upload courses into these systems. Low cost – again there are plenty of LMS vendors out there whose pricing is comparable and in some cases lower. Articulate Online - leaders of the pack.

Current Thinking So, without a lot of thought, here’s what I’m currently thinking and I hope folks will weigh in… I was a little surprised when I realized how much some of the mainstream SaaS LMS products (Articulate Online, Learn.com, etc.) would cost.
