In reality, it is simply a single compressed file containing all the files (html, images, flash swf, etc) necessary for the SCO to function. As I have mentioned, for a SCO to be uploaded to the LMS, it must be contained in a Content Package – a single compressed file conforming to the Process Interchange Format (PIF) specification.
