One vendor put it so eloquently when describing the two (learning tech area, learning skill area): “The decision makers (CLOs, Training Directors, etc.) Pens, lots of pens. That said, it appeared to me that more folks were in learning tech than in learning skills. So, you get the idea. Especially in 2015? . Underwhelmed.
