17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. It's free which improves satisfaction. If nothing else, it causes the perception that there's a free competitor. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction.
