A: I’m split on the fence with standalone assessment tools (example: Questionmark). If that is your attitude then you must still be using a VCR. Netex Learning Cloud – I see them best suited for SMB, and very slick UI. However, as noted above, not all of them (i.e. universally) follow that angle. Bottom Line.
