Of all commercial LMSs, I probably have the most hands-on experience with GeoLearning ’s various products and services having managed an enterprise implementation several years ago. It was a multi-phase implementation (LMS, LCMS, Talent Management) that went off pretty smooth and the team at GeoLearning was great to work with.

The WebPad will give employees the ability to have their own web portal that is completely customizable, much like a Facebook or MySpace account. We have modified it and extended it based on practical application feedback from the clients and the desire to bring formal and informal learning together in one centralized learning portal.
