I see this power including interactive simulations, simulations in general and even the use of APIs or along those lines embed into the HTML5. Just as you can with PENS authoring tools and the systems that support PENS (i.e Toss in privacy as a factor too. with TinCan). M-Learning with tablets. You can too.
