What about PENS or some other compliance standard? Unless you must have PENS or one of the other compliance standards, it is not needed. PENS was created by AICC as an alternative to SCORM 2004, 3rd edition. . If you purchased an AICC only, then you have to find a system that is AICC compliant. Certificates/Certification.

What I’m seeing is over 90% of the systems in this space are either “100% in the cloud” OR offer a system that can be in the cloud. Facility management.
