An LMS is a big, expensive tool that takes quite a bit of work and is generally harder than you think it's going to be when you start out. 17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. That seems like a disconnect.
