There is actually a vendor who has a mobile app available on iTunes, Upside Learning. Sure, it is for their specific mobile learning platform (and I’m glad they do it), but they have one. They offer other apps too, but you have to visit their site. iPad/iPad 2 Vendors. Saba Centra. Yep, an app.

The problem though lies in the fact that once you add some features, eventually you will need to add more and more (HRIS modules for example), which then places you into the ERP space and those vendors. Self contained app for content authoring tool vendors – iOS should be a priority here, then Android, Windows.
