Topyx LMS : $12,000 for the full enterprise version (very robust), tech support and implementation, or $6,000 for a lite version of the system, unlimited users. Pricing for having the system on your servers is available. for it is $2,500 per API.

Thus they can advertise they offer mobile learning. Perhaps they even have a mobile learning feature within their system. There is actually a vendor who has a mobile app available on iTunes, Upside Learning. It works for their Total LMS (Enterprise) and for their Geo Learning Maestro. Blackboard Learn?
