Everywhere I have worked over the last 10 years or so (and I’ve worked with a lot of companies since I was a contractor for most of that time) had a different method for testing and reviewing content. As a developer, the single biggest flaw I have experienced with any testing and reporting methods is the disconnect between the tested project and the feedback given by the testers. Adobe will also deploy a method to quickly build your own widgets.
