True, accessing mobile learning content via a device’s embedded web browser is an effective and useful delivery modality but the experience is generally watered down to what works at the lowest common denominator level. The hype surrounding mobile Flash reached fever pitch in 2010 although little tangible effect was felt on the field of play.
