They are moving towards a broader suite that focuses on other aspects of Talent Management. But it's not really an enterprise LMS and has some very serious deficiencies when it comes to many of the needs of corporate training departements. As these systems catch up, this will make the market really hard for Saba and SumTotal.

20 SumTotal - Love the new UI, but the system still needs a few tweaks here and there. 6 IMC Learning Suite – Another sharp UI system with a strong feature set including on/off synch. 3 Blackboard - Love the updated UI with the whole social connect experience which is ideally suited for the education market.

The challenge this year though was “Enterprise”, which nowadays is all over the place in terms of number of minimum end users. Do not let SAP tell you that if you are large enterprise this is the system you want and not SAP Litmos. Litmos can handle large enterprise and is a far better system. Topclass WBT.
