Camtasia (probably the best tool for this goal) and Snagit are also alternatives, but there are a lot more available. Audio clips can be added and synchronized later on, need not to be done during the ‘video’ part of the capture. Standalone version (exe): not sure what the future will be when Flash Player has died.
