They don't really have a tech team, so going with a hosted solution that would live at a subdomain would be best, i.e., subscribers would go to: learn.company.com in order to sign up, pay, and get access to webinars, content, etc. They are early stage, so low-cost would be good.

Also, my guess is that looking at License costs is probably a bad idea here since quite often there are services, hosting, etc. Tim Seager of Xerceo posted about this issue and suggested a some resources: GSA Advantage - This is a very interesting site to visit and see pricing that's been established by contract with the government.

Instructor, Virtual Classroom and Social Learning Support In some cases, all that is needed is for the self-paced eLearning to be hosted, but in this case, they also still want to be able to interact with the learners. To me this is a new kind of system. I'm temporarily calling this a Rapid Learning Management System.
