Kirkpatrick Model. There are four levels to this model: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability). The primary purpose of the LTI standard, created by the IMS Global Learning Consortium, is to connect learning systems, such as an LMS, with external service tools.
