I used it in 1999, to teach a 100% online journalism course in the University of Nebraska system. Learn.com – They came a bit later, but there is a good story, and yes, they still exist. Learn.com started out as an LMS. Taleo promised to invest big $$$ to make Learn.com amazing. So, no 640 there. Blackboard.
