Clark Quinn and I led a discussion on Reinventing Organizational Learning at LearnTrends this morning. Moderator (Clark Quinn): the question is, leave KM to the propellor heads, or getting learning folks into the model. KM, TM, etc. Learning encompasses areas outside the organizatio such as customers and suppliers.
