A: I’m split on the fence with standalone assessment tools (example: Questionmark). However, the people I have spoken with at CoD tell me that Learning Cloud (the LMS) is their biggest seller in their product line. Netex Learning Cloud – I see them best suited for SMB, and very slick UI. This is bothersome to me.
