If a vendor tells you they are not in the content business, I can only assume they must be in the web server business, because without content, that is all you have – a web server. Curtailing the accept every RFP that comes to them. Another factor though is that many people continue to send RFPs that are 100 plus pages.

And I’ve remained focused on that space since 2001. So let’s say your content is located in your LMS on one server. Access to that content is a problem for people using a different LMS on another server. When to issue an RFP (or not). So you would describe yourself as a learning technologist? Unfortunately.
