2004 3rd edition? Because if you are using a content authoring tool that is SCORM 2004, then you must find a system that is at least 2004. What about PENS or some other compliance standard? Unless you must have PENS or one of the other compliance standards, it is not needed. What SCORM compliance are you?

A: Some of these well known tech vendors have multiple LMSs. I think you will be surprised at the number of vendors who will not match. Facility management. A: Nearly all.

The latter is slowly gaining speed, which is an advantage to LMS vendors who have a CAT in their own product – which is SCORM,PENS/IMS compliant. Over 98% of the LMS/LCMS/learning platform have at least one compliance standard, so why use a RCAT that doesn’t? Growing is what business is all about.

If a RCAT vendor tells you they have been in business for over 10 years, they are somewhat misleading, since WBT courses really didn’t start to hit the mark until 2000 and then you have limited choices on how to build.
