2008 was an interesting year that saw a myriad of new start-ups offering content through interesting new avenues. We even made the Big Question one month: New Presenter and Learner Skills and Methods. Lectora is great at packaging. 2009 is going to be a big year for this issue. Articulate has a great tool set.
