In early 2010 we pitched BAQON architecture to Bob Kahn at the Center for National Research Initiatives. I know that many people were told that SCORM didn’t play well with mobile and that is why xAPI came about. With regard to mobile… SCORM *could* play well enough with mobile. Is that true or is it for another reason?
