When is a LMS not a LMS?

Not that I expected it to do so, mind you, because I recognized late 2011 that it would be big. Cannot upload off the shelf content from a 3rd party vendor – say Rosetta Stone or Skillsoft or in some cases e-learning marketplaces. Over the course of the past few months, I’m seeing something.

Customer Complaints, How to Avoid the Traps

Remember that the cost you paid for with X-LMS for the 3rd party content is not going to be the same price as your new LMS vendor – this is assuming that you purchased the 3rd party business courses for example, through your X-LMS vendor and not directly through the content vendor themselves. 50 seats, etc.

Not, some 3rd party aggregator like Skillsoft or Element K, where you can purchase courses from. 2011 will show profitable gains for a large portion of vendors across the sector. This is what makes OpenSesame different than other marketplaces out there. I love it. – creating courses and selling them.
