Sure there were exceptions on the desktop side – most notably Articulate Storyline, but overall until desktop vendors see the advantages of SaaS, especially with real time collaboration and peer review, tablets will be slow going. Web Conferencing – You would think that all these services would have a native app for tablets.

CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. CBT was the “new” and exciting way to learn. ISP (Internet Service Providers) fees were high. WBT (Web-Based Training).

You ask to taste another flavor and they happily provide it to you. Seems to show a level of customer service we have all come to expect when testing something or trying it out before we buy it. As of mid 2012, 58 million people used Mac OS as their primary OS. Customer Service. You taste it and decide it is yucky.
