Easy to use interface and supports SCORM and AICC. #18 A few vendors say “social learning” but it is often far from it. AICC, SCORM and PENS support. FT- Another product I liked in 2012 and still like in 2013. I’m always amazed at some of the names vendors come up with for authoring tools.

Here is how these new rankings will work throughout 2013: Debut this month, update in July, final top 25 in Dec. Vendors can move up, down or out of the rankings – after all it is on-going. This solution reminds me of Articulate Studio in terms of its capabilities, but at a lower cost. and SCORM/AICC.

Equation tool – I’ve seen more vendors add this thing – and unless you are in education I can’t see why you would use it. SCORM 2004, AICC. #4 2 Articulate Storyline. Rather continuing to break down course walls through superior feature sets and an understanding of where authoring tools should be in 2013.
