New Authoring tool rankings #11 to #20

Easy to use interface and supports SCORM and AICC. #18 A few vendors say “social learning” but it is often far from it. AICC, SCORM and PENS support. FT- Another product I liked in 2012 and still like in 2013. I’m always amazed at some of the names vendors come up with for authoring tools.
