70-20-10 was created in the 80’s and it’s big magic super ping is the jobs related experience. I wouldn’t say that a mentor, a coach if you will, truly matches that requirement. And my take on how to find and select a mentor via Social Q/A is quite different than what the systems who have embraced it have done.
