A leader, at least in the early 2000s, Lectora is no longer part of Trivantis, because Trivantis the company was sold to eLearning Brothers (where Lectora now sits). This is what we refer to as “bogus” I have yet to find one LXP that does not offer or has assigned learning as either an option or part of the system.
