Instructional design was actually being used. Formal and Informal – That’s right, it wasn’t all formal, nor was it designed to be. Because of the way the courses were designed. Everyone I knew, followed the ADDIE approach. If you wanted micro-learning, you could do it. Yep, readily available. Yep doable.
