Innovation – if the product doesn’t offer some innovative features, then they are stale. Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. They are innovators and never stale. As noted earlier, these guys are innovators. Here are my criteria.

An alarming rate of “get the content up now, ASAP&# regardless of what it looks like, instructional design is typically tossed out the window, especially when the ID, CD or whomever is tasked to create is handed a stream of documents in Word or PPT or some other form. CourseLab – ADL SCORM certified, no less.
