During a standard PowerPoint import process, PowerPoint pptx presentations are first converted to the ppt format, and then converted to SWF. and audio bookmarks were not supported within Captivate. Ensure that both PowerPoint and Captivate use the same access privileges (Administrator Mode is recommended).

In Adobe Captivate 5.5, PPTX files were converted to PPT files during import and therefore some features of the PPTX files were not imported into Captivate projects. Adobe® Captivate 5.5 : PPTX -> PPT -> SWF Adobe® Captivate 6 supports direct conversion from PPTX to SWF without converting PPTX to PPT.
