PowerPoint is presentation software. Yes, you can use it for many different things, and yes, Microsoft has an add-on that turns PPT into something similar to Adobe Presenter. At least SCORM support – Plenty still support AICC. No programming skills needed. But, it does not pitch it as an authoring tool. .
