Apparently the book has stirred a little controversy around the topic of ADDIE. So my first question is “what’s wrong with ADDIE?”. I felt I was sharing the best process.

His book ‘Michael Allen’s guide to e-Learning’ will cover all the basics on eLearning for you but I can recommend reading all his other books on instructional design as well.
